You must be fit and well when you undertake the Island Ultra. We will have medical assistance on site but you must be starting the race in good condition.

We understand that injuries happen before and during the race, please use the medical team if you need them.

Your safety is our focus and if our medics or staff make the determination that you are not fit to start or continue on the course we will remove you. We aren't being mean - we just want you back home safe at the end of the race. No race is worth putting yourself or others in danger for. Please follow the directions of the marshals and medics at all times.

We are currently in the Orange setting of the Covid Protection Framework. This requires any persons at the Island Ultra to supply a verifiable Vaccine Passport. You will be required to have your Vaccine Passport verified at time of entry to the race. This will also be checked against your I.D. Please be ready with both of these items when you arrive at Island Ultra. You will be unable to collect your race bib and take part without this.

You can rest assured that all participants, vendors, volunteers and staff are also required to provide their Vaccine Passport so that the event can run within the government mandate for events under the Orange setting.

Supporters are welcome at the event, in fact, we encourage you to bring your entourage.

There is plenty to do at Cable Bay Adventure Park from mountain bike riding, quad biking, your supporters won't get bored!

No pacers are allowed on the course but supporters are actively encouraged. Any assistance will result in the participant being disqualified from the event.
