REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
We understand that sometimes the best laid plans don't always go to...well...plan.
Refunds are available until the 31st of June minus a $10 admin fee. Past this date refunds will be processed as follows: up to 1 July - 50% Refund, up to 31 August 25% Refund, from the 1 September no refunds will be provided.
If you would like to transfer your race distance this can be done until the 1 October with a $10 fee. Any changes to teams will be at the discretion of the Race Director depending on available space on the course.
Name changes will also incur a $10 fee up until the 1 October.
Any changes after this time will need to be requested in writing to jessica(a)fusionevents.co.nz.
