 CONDITIONS

You must be fit and well when you undertake any of the Coastal Ultra courses. We will have medical assistance on site but you must be starting the race in good condition.

We understand that injuries happen and we will happily change your distance if needed. Please do not undertake these courses if you aren't 100% sure you are ready for them. The last thing we want is to be sending in the heli to pick you up. A heli ride is cool but not if you have a medical team around you!

Your safety is our focus and if our medics or staff make the determination that you are not fit to start or continue on the course we will remove you. We aren't being mean - we just want you back home safe at the end of the race. No race is worth putting yourself or others in danger for. Please follow the directions of the marshals and medics at all times.

You must be over the age of 18 to take part in the Full Distance. Persons over the age of 16 may compete in the Mid Distance without an accompanying adult. Persons between the ages of 12-14 can take part in the Shorter Distance when accompanied by an adult for the duration of the race. An additional waiver will need to be signed at kit check for any persons under the age of 18 and must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

 SUPPORTERS

Supporters are welcome at the event, in fact, we encourage you to bring your entourage. The main race village will have food and drinks available to purchase.

No pacers or external support is allowed for participants on the course. Any assistance will result in the participant being disqualified from the event.
